Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) organize different-different exams like TCS NQT, TCS Ninja, and TCS Digital but wonder what these exams are & what is the difference among these.

The difference among TCS NQT, TCS Ninja & TCS Digital

Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) organizes their different exams like TCS NQT, TCS Ninja, or TCS Digital on the platform of TCS iON. If we look into the differences so these are as follows:

 

TCS NQT 

According to our experts, TCS NQT is a qualifier program. Based on the performance in NQT you can be able to get recruited in many different companies Titan, Bajaj Allianz, etc. It is not compulsory for the person that he/she must belong to CS/IT background, different department student can also go for this exam.

 

NOTE: Other companies might have their own demands and exams so you have to clear that as well.

 

TCS Ninja

TCS Ninja is a job profile in TCS, where you get the job actually in TCS only. For TCS Ninja you don't have to pay any amount while registering.

 

TCS Digital

When you score high in TCS Ninja (>90%) you are eligible to go for TCS Digital where you can work on advanced technology like machine learning and data science.

Q. 1 - What is a better choice between TCS Ninja and TCS Digital?

Ans - If you know only the basics of programming language and don't want to work much on coding, TCS Ninja is a better choice while if you are good at programming and want to work in advanced technologies like ML, DL you should go for the Digital. Therefore, TCS Digital is a better choice where you work on advanced technologies and the package is also higher.

 

Q. 2  -  Any preference in language?

Ans - More preferable languages are C & C++ whereas you can go with Java and Python as well but don't go with Python only as there may be some version conflictions in their platform.

 

Q. 3 -  How we can skip the questions?

Ans - Don't try to skip questions straightforward, you can request them that you don't know the answer but you can try.

 

Q. 4 -  What if we answer something wrong?

Ans - In case you answered wrong and they point out, try to speak in a polite manner that "according to my understanding, this is the right answer."

 

Q. 5 -  What is TCS Codevita?

Ans - This exam is based on programming knowledge, where you get 7 programming questions & if you successfully submitted the 3-4 questions you get the direct call for the interview in TCS Ninja while for successful submission of 6-7 questions you can go for TCS Digital. You should not worry about their respective exams.

 

Q. 6 -  How to tackle social problems in MR round like "choose between work or family and something like that"?

Ans -  For this type of problem you can't go one-sided answer, you will always be diplomatic with your answer and try to satisfy them with your answer.
